About Us:

Curate is a high growth technology startup located in downtown Madison. We were founded in May of 2016 by a PhD candidate in Computer Science out of UW Madison and an MBA from UW Whitewater. Curate’s software scans through public meeting agendas and minutes from cities, counties, and school board websites and sends our customers weekly reports of leads and business intelligence. Curate's customers utilize this information to grow their businesses.

What you’ll do:

As a Frontend Engineer with Curate, you’ll continue to enable our team to provide a high quality product to our customers. You’ll develop and maintain our internal and external websites. You’ll work with the founders and data review team to make our internal systems more efficient and scalable. You’ll also work with the founders and business team to build new features for our existing customer-facing website, you’ll understand how our customers use the website and design and improve upon features to make it as efficient as possible.


Your qualifications:

  • Must have worked in professional development settings in the past, with a strong proficiency in Javascript.

  • Have a thorough understanding of code versioning and the importance of documentation and testing.

  • Must have at least a bachelor’s degree in computer science.

  • Having experience with Angular 5 is a plus.
